Sticky Chicken Wings

Who doesn’t love good sticky chicken wings!
 A great honey and soy sauce combo!


  • 1.5 kgs of  chicken wings
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 garlic clove, minced, to taste
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper


  • Preheat oven to 180°C
  • Place chicken in a baking dish.
  • Mix the oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Pour mixture over the chicken.
  • Bake at 180°C for one hour or until sauce is caramelized.
Serves 4.
Serve with a side salad or veggies.
