Pat's Pickled Onions My homemade pickled onions are so easy to make!The worst part is having to wait about 3 weeks before you can eat them!! Ingredients: 4 Cups Vinegar (white or brown)1 cup Sugar1 packet baby pickling onionsSalt ( pinch)2 ChilliesA small handful of Peppercorns Method: Add vinegar, sugar, salt and spice and simmer for ½ hour.Place onions in an airtight glass jar and add the above mixture.Seal tightly once cooled down and leave in a cool, dry place for about 3-5 weeks.ENJOY!
