Lyn's Breakfast Burrito

A healthy way to start the day!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Red Pepper
  • 2 cups Baby Spinach
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Eggs (whisked)
  • 3 slices of Ham
  • 1 Wrap of choice
  • Chilli sauce of choice (optional)

Method:

Fry red pepper & wilt baby spinach in olive oil over a medium heat and set aside.
Lightly brush pan with a little extra oil & add whisked egg to make the “omelette”.
Once the bottom is cooked flip over, immediately place the wrap on top and flip over again so the wrap is on the pan base.
Place ham and veggies down the centre, season with salt & pepper to taste, roll and slide out onto your plate.
Macros will depend on your choice & brand of wrap…enjoy! 😋
